Omar Abdulla: Welcome to 'The Omar Abdulla,' Show produced by Footprints Filmworks...This show is protected by an age restriction of 18 and if you are younger than this age, please switch off your computer, television, radio or cellphone...Today, we will be talking and speaking about ancient methods of making love including The Kamasutra, Sex tips and Marriage ideas about you...'The Omar Abdulla,' Show is about you and through these years of our show, we have received endless calls, emails, fax's and telegrams about this show...Should you choose to place an advert, appear as a 'guest appearance,' or have your question answered by our panel, please do so...Today, we are joined by sex therapist Miss Michelle Anderson, and University of Kerala lecturer Sandra Naidoo...We are shooting from location at The University of Kerala in India...Welcome to our guests...Let's get to it...Let's say I am 18 years old and my girlfriend decided to engage in the sexual act...What is the panel's ideas about foreplay before the actual act begins...??

Michelle Anderson: Assuming you have a boyfriend it's advisable to be married before you make love...Men love to be teased and enjoy the experience of being 'run-after,' by a woman...Before you go ahead with your plan text your man, tell him how you want him, tell him where you want him, tell him what you going to do to him...Men love women who have confidence, know what they want and willing to follow through...Assuming that you have chosen a hotel to engage in sexual intercouse it's good to smell good with a fragrance...Wear sexy underwear, high heels and a boob tube to perk your breasts...When you do meet him, men love to be played with and you can do this by smootching his ears, and kissing him on his neck, rubbing his chest, and telling him how hot he looks...Before you decide to go down on him let him work for it...Now this is for the man....Let your woman know that you are ready and slowly rub her breasts from the top without taking her top off...It's also good to smell good with a sexy perfume...Women love to be toyed with so a good idea will be to kiss her belly-button and nibble on her ear...Women enjoy the occasional lovebite, so bite her hard, and mean it....Broad tips by sexual therapists including taking a bath together before the act, dancing, having a glass of wine and slow kissing...!!

Sandra Naidoo: Before I first made love I had phone sex with my man before the act, because then I knew what he would do to me...Your idea's Michelle are good and have other foreplay tips to offer...Let's say you decide that you going to do it in car...Teenagers these days have sex all the time in the car, and my first time was at the back seat of a car...Use feathers by both parties to twinkle the chest, toes, face and ears...It's good to blindfold your woman for her to be able to expect the un-expected...Make him work for his load and work on a time span of two hours...Any shorter time, it's a wasted cum...Now that you have held him, whisper in his ears how much you love him, how dirty you want to get with him, and let him rub his hand down your pants...Before you get wet, let him nibble on your breasts while his hand is down your pants...Please do not take clothes off before atleast 30 minutes into the act...For the man...Women love their breasts and use two fingers to rub her nipples...Kiss her slowly and put the car radio on so that you enjoy the experience...Before you undress her, lick her belly with your tongue and tell her how much you love her...!! Biting works, nibbling works, kissing works, rubbing works....

Omar Abdulla: Please don't let me spoil the conversation....What happens then??

Michelle Anderson: Now, we are with the hotel story...After you have juiced her up and is oozing sexiness and wetness it's your time to scream, moan and grunt...Women love the 'OoOoH-Ahha,' sounds so don't hold back...Now it's about time that you rip her underwear off, but leave her boots on...You get naked and let her lay down...Let her slowly 'go-down,' on you and don't 'explode your load,' just yet...After she has done her chore, it's time to reverse the position where you will go down on her...First use your fingers to wet her, and then use your tongue to 'muff,' her...Women love a guy who can go down on her and use an ice-cube to hotten and colden up the moment...She is not a whore, but in your haven let her become your whore...After you are done 'muffing her,'-nibble her breasts before you enter her...Enter her slowly through the vagina and use your penis to break through...If it's her first time, she will bleed, not to worry...They say a virgin's blood is the sweetest time of her life, so do it properly and with purpose...We are going to explore the Kama Sutra missionary position so let her lay at an angle when you enter her...Let it be slow, fast, slow, fast....!

Sandra Naidoo: You have quite an imagination Michelle, and you have provided the show with adults who choose to engage in sex...Since you are sharing the hotel stroy-let me get back to the car story...They say making love in the car is 'the most pleasurable,' experience because you really sweat...If you have never made love in the car, I suggest you park your car away from the traffic and in the sun-that way you will really feel the penetration...After you have got hot and wet with your man, it's good to change positions to the passengers seat where you will undress and let him lay on top of you...Put your legs on his shoulders which is called 'The Rodeo,' position in Kamasutra...As he enters you let him push your vagina so that he hits her G-spot...This can only be hit if your legs are on his shoulders when he enters you...They say that the greatest orgasm experienced by women is in cars and you have the moment set out...Once your G-spot is hit, they say that a woman's orgasm is nine times stronger than a man's....Good luck on your expedition...!!

Omar Abdulla: Back in a moment....!!

Omar Abdulla: This block is getting steamed up with all the naughty talk...I received an email from Casandra Pillay from Goa who asks the panel that she is going through a tough time here in India and is confused about picking the right lad as a husband...What is panel's opinions on her troubles...!!

Sandra Naidoo: It is...Most guys will not marry a woman that has her virginity broken so if you are a virgin-good news-the ocean is open for you...If you have slept with a man or had sexual relations with a guy your best option is to marry this bloke...If you are having trouble with finding a husband and all your tricks have not worked, not to worry, I am here to help...Marriage is important because it forms a braise towards your future and choosing the right freak is a mission on it's own...Make a list of what you want in a guy-PHYSICAL-Hazel eyes, sexy lips, curvy hair, fair, muscle-tone, no-glasses, the list goes on...PERSONALITY-He must have the personality to match the stars, financially stable, 'happy-go-lucky,' loving traits, humorous, funky, spunky, stylish, the list goes on...POWER-Most women like a guy who is hot, famous, popular, energetic, powerful, father skills, parents skills, ability to love your parents, respect, honesty...Once you have a clear idea of the three P's he will come to your door literally-TRUST ME...

Michelle Anderson: I like your three P's to find the right guy...If your virginity is broken you have options to you like married guys, divorced guys, guys with children and so forth...It's difficult to find a virgin male unless you are like 18 and your male boyfriend is of the same age...Finding a husband is like finding a wife...You have to look for qualities that you can cope with...Opposites attract and attraction is the most important elemant...You don't want to sleep with a man who is as ugly as hell, or as fat as hell, or as stupid as hell...Finding the right husband is not as easy as it was in the olden days...You can ask your parents to set a date with a family member or if you like me who hates family guys...You have many options...Attend social functions and teaching classes....Attend local bazaar's...Attend a local university or shop at a shopping mall...You have to go out and then I'm sure you will be noticed...Marry a person of the same religion....Look for long term options like his family backround, his family beliefs, his dreams about the future and his willingness to grow with you...You must be able to share a relationship and have plans for children...!

Omar Abdulla: I found my wife by pretending I was her best friend until she fell 'head-over-heels,'for me...You have to have style in whatever you do and the option will come to you...I married my wife when she turned 18 and never even kissed a guy...To me, I would never date a woman who has even kissed let alone open her legs to another man...We have a last email from Yasmeen Khota from New Delhi who says that she is bored in doing it in the bedroom-what are her options??

Michelle Anderson: Try the swimming pool, the lapa, a waterfall, a hotel-room, the car, a different position, a moonlight evening in a park, the childrens bedroom, a mountain range, the shower, somewhere you both are happy with...!!

Omar Abdulla: That's all we have time for today...Tomorrow we will be meeting and interviewing your highness The President of India Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil...Until tomorrow from Footprints Filmworks and Omar Abdulla...

Duration-45 Minutes

Omar Abdulla: Welcome to The 'Omar Abdulla,' Show produced by Omar Abdulla and Footprints Filmworks...Today, we are welcoming calls from the public as we are exclusively interviewing President of India Mrs. Devisingh Patil who hails from Rajasthan...Our interview today is at the State of The Union in New Delhi where The President speaks to The 'Omar Abdulla,' Show about the past, the present and the future of India...

Devisingh Patel: Thank you to Footprints Filmworks for having me on this show today...I am 72 years old so your grandmother would probably be able to relate to the story of India and our congress...Briefly let me give you an introduction to myself and if I sound oldish my voice is a bit 'coughed-up...' I won my first election at 30 and later worked with Members of Congress before India gained independence from Britain in 1947...I have a bloodline of the late Mahatma Gandi so South African's will relate to our history...I became Governor of India ten years ago and got elected as President of India in 2007...I have since then led the 300 states of India with a firm belief in law, constitutional justice, democracy and freedom...I got elected as President of India with the support of all Indians in the mother land ruling with the Indian National Congress...

Omar Abdulla: As President of India what would your advice be to future leaders across the globe as their leader of the nation of 1.2 billion people and what changes can Indians expect in India??

Devisingh Patil: India is backward by almost 100 years and has the population that would see-saw a republic like China, United States, Pakistan and South Africa...Our fiscal and monetary policy standards are one of the highest in Asia and we are able to compete with world markets...You ask, what advice would I offer to leaders as per say in their country...A leader is a person who is willing to be a stallion amongst the pigeons...A leader fights for justice, prosperity, equality and freedom...A leader is made by the people and not by themselves...A leader who works with honesty and passion will always win...A leader who chooses the right path will be appreciated by the public...A leader who understands the poor, the rich, and the superich is a winner of all hearts...A leader is a lover and fights when the storm brews and holds tight when things 'don't go according to plan...'

Omar Abdulla: We should draw straws out of the hats from our grandfathers, fathers and forefathers...Ms. Patil what is India doing to curb the 8 percent dense growth population of the country in coming years...??

Devisingh Patil: You know Mr. Abdulla we have more than 2300 universities in India and many of the foreign students who visit India is becuase 'we are,' the best engineers in the world...We host the biggest movie-cinema complexes with Bollywood and counterparts...We purchase more than 783 million dollars worth of Gold per annum...We cater for 888 weddings per day...We are the largest manufacturer of motor oil, fruits, and wines...Our highways was always filled to capacity...We have become the largest coal, mineral, and cellphone producer...Your answer to the question is simple...Our government members had meetings last week to pass a bill like China that every marriage will ONLY be allocated two children...This is a bill we are still busy working with...

Omar Abdulla: Madaam President, who are some of your mentors and what is your advice to these political heads...??

Devisingh Patil: I would s t a r t off by the United States President Barack Obama-the great Democrat...If he is watching this broadcast I take him like a son and I have met with him in the U.S...It's too bad he is like a peacock weighing on everybody from The Taliban to Libia...He should put his head regarding saving the 3 trillion dollar American debt that pushing his weight around 'world-leaders...Fidel Castro-Here is man with all the power in the world and still sticks his nose in with The United States...I am sure his brother will curb Cuba out of the territorial rein with the American's...Other leaders include Indira Gandhi, Queen Elizabeth II, Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa and Ms. Hilary Clinton...

Episode Fourteen-Season Two

Filmed-19 August 2011

Duration-45 minutes

Omar Abdulla: Welcome to another episode of The 'Omar Abdulla,' Show by Footprints Filmworks...Today, we will be sharing, discussing, talking and speaking about gardens, trees, 'garden-moments,' and garden experiences...We are located today at the Japanese Garden in Calcutta where some of the trees date back as early as 5000 years...In studio today, we have botanist Miss. Mishka Peera and garden architect Miss. Ayesha Sattar...Welcome to The 'Omar Abdulla,' Show...Let's get to it...What are some of your ideas of turning a weed ridden yard into a garden like the gardens seen in India, Japan, The United States and Greece...

Mishka Peera: Turning a yard into a garden requires about three hours per week and the garden color will take effect normally after six months...START by removing old weeds and trimming trees to suite a tranquil envirnment...Then you can purchase simple seeds like roses, peaches, apricots and sunflowers and preparing the soil...A plant receives 10 percent of it's nutrients by the soil and 90 percent from the envirnment so it's good to have your garden at the back of your home or infront of your home...Secondly, prepare a nutrient clay created by compost, bone mash, and dung...This can be purchased or made at home and the plants will require this 'nutrient spray,' once per week...After you have planted three rows of each of the following seeds, water your garden atleast once per week using the fertilizer purchased...Use a nozzle to spray the plants in it's individual phases...You should treat the plants planted as children as they are living organisms that require attention, love, detail and food...

Ayesha Sattar: Gardening is the most-pleasureable form of excercise and revitalising skin tone-apart from making love...I normally garden with my husband as it's a preferred hobby by millions of Indians across the globe...Use Mishka's w o r d s and follow the ideas set out by her...After you have removed the weeds and planted the seeds it's good to create 'decorative moments,' in your garden by creating a fountain, sea bed, pond or stone-pathway so that you don't tramp on the plants you have planted...You can do this by also laying a bird-bath in your garden to create a nature effect to the 'animals of nature...' Once you have successfully nurtured your plants for two months, a good idea would be to create a fence around the garden and luminate the air by planting another rose bed close by...The reason you plant seperate plant beds is because plants communicate through touch, feeling, pollen, sunlight and fertilizer...

Omar Abdulla: You have wise words Mishka, but what are the advantages of gardens and gardening...??

Mishka Peera: You know Omar, gardening is one of the most romantic experiences if you are with a partner and you will learn about communication with your partner...An experiment done at the University of Calcutta was done using the simple idea about plant talk...Two rose beds were grown in the university and a group of students were given the task to love, talk, nurture and care for these plants...Simple words like 'I love you,' were told to the plants and good words of growth were encouraged...The other set of plants were given ugly words and hate speech and were fed third grade nutrients...Within three months of the experiment the plant bed with the good words were blossoming and roses were seen to sprout...The other plant bed-all the plants had died...Other advantages include the romantic nature with God, as God loves beings who love his creation-not only human...! A personal favourite of mine is 'tree-hugging,' because nature is your friend and make a certain tree in your garden your friend, and I promise you people like Barack Obama practise the art of tree hugging...

Ayesha Sattar: They say that two mature trees can sustain four human beings with oxygen for their lifetime...Planting trees should not be done only on ARBOR day...In the holy Quraan it states that for every tree you plant on earth a lush lawn of paradise is prepared for you in heaven with a milkway river...Besides the benefits of romance, and love, gardening increases the value of a home...A study done by the University of Mumbai shows that homes increase their value by upto 15 percent with an advantage of a garden...Other tools available to making your garden beautiful include placing dining chairs for the family...A hobby that my husband and I do is that after we have gardened, we close our eyes and smell the aroma of the garden peace...Mediatation after two hours of gardening cleans the lungs of the toxins breathed in....

Omar Abdulla: Back in a moment....!

Omar Abdulla: Welcome back to Footprints Filmworks & The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW...While we were a w a y I received a tweet from Jitesh Lalla from 'The-Bay-of-Bengal,' who says that what are some of the 'fast facts,' about gardens, trees, soils and plants...??

Mishka Peer: Gardens form a landscape and almost one third of The United States is filled with forests...A tree can live for thousands of years and uses of the bark include the production of paper, pulp, furniture and serve as homes to bird life, snakes, and other reptiles...A tea-garden can be a romantic date with a streamy river flowing and the green is a symbol of God...Soils are rich in protein and nutrients that help a plant grow and serves as a food resource to the plant...Oxygen is what plants breathe out and breathe in Carbon Dioxide 'natures,' twin power...Trees serve as wind barriers and provide shade to the couple seeking a picnic...There are millions of fruit trees that provide food to the farmer and his family...Take a drive in India and you will notice acres of land being used for agriculuture...The Department of Agriculture of India supports people by investing millions of rupees in this doing on a yearly basis...

Omar Abdulla: Yes, recycling is the w o r d of the future in the form of paper, bio-fuels, fossils and containers...Recycle is on the lips of leaders at the World Press Conference in Geneva currently...Another email received from Kamisha Singh from Bombay who says that her children are nagging her about building a tree house in their garden...What are the opinions from our panel??

Ayesha Sattar: Our children also wanted a tree house and the methods are simple...Use simple wood planks and build a nest with one room and you add facilities like a television, sofa, telephone and other game boards...This can be done by purchasing a small wendyhouse and up-routing it or can be coiled by using a ladder...If you want a solid foundation use oak wood and the tree should be able to hold the mini-house...Good luck!!

Omar Abdulla: We have a l a s t email from Khatija Carrim from Rajput who asks the panel about ways of design to create cricket 'lush-lawn,' at a fraction of the expense...??

Mishka Peera: Cricket lawn cannot be grown naturally and has to be purchased at your local nursery...After you have purchased the cricket lawn ask the person to install the grass in selected areas in your home...There are over 3600 different types of grasses and be a w a r e about looking after the grass...If you choose not to purchase the lawn from a retailer then you can buy grass seeds that will create the cricket lawn....

Omar Abdulla: Thanks to our guests...Tomorrow we will be back discussing Fashion trends for male and female customs and the latest brands to purchase here in India...Until tomorrow....Take care from Footprints Filmworks and Omar Abdulla...

Episode Fifteen

Filmed-August 20

Duration-45 Minutes

Omar Abdulla: Welcome to The 'Omar Abdulla,' Show produced by Footprints Filmworks...Today, we will be speaking and talking about Indian Fashion TRENDS for male and female for all seasons including the workplace, the home, the shopping mall and other functions...In studio today we have Indian Fashion designer Mr. Manish Arora and Indian Fashion Show organizer Mrs. Manisha Malhotra...Today-our interview is at the catwalk ramp in New Delhi...Let's get to it...What are some of the dress garments that male and female Indians wear to the office, including the latest trends...!!

Manisha Malhotra: Fashion is a culture in India and has been since the Roman & Mughal Empire...Today, with the evolution of TIME, SPACE, MATTER, and ENERGY, new forms of tradition are being cultivated by Indians...For 2011 and 2012 for women-the in colors are purple and black because these colours are attuned to the workplace...A sexy black or purple scarf around the neck can be worn as a 'decorative icon...' Suits for women are the in thing if you are working for corporate business, whilst a Levis Jeans and a black top are the in thing for the 'younger generation...' Futhermore whilst for summer a black skirt with a blouse can be matched for the work place using fragrance perfumes from Hugo Boss, Dunhill Desire, Yves Saint Laurent and Calvin Klein...Be careful not to repeat your clothing and try matching a different jeans with a different top...FOR MEN-Men are usually slick dressers in the workplace and a suit is always 'the-best,' option...You can try winter colors like black, navy, olive green and charcoal...Be sure to wear matching ties and shoes and if you want to sparkle try the occassional waistcoast and cufflinks...Good perfumes currently offered is DKNY, Joop, Hugo Boss and Opium...Remember that it's not always about the dressing but the way you carry yourself....

Manish Arora: I totally agree with Manisha because we can wear a POLO suit and our posture tells a different story...Remember that dressing in the office is about walking upright, shoulders broadened and don't block your chakra energy...Certain styles including standing stance, sitting stance and other forms of ways of blooming your posture...Suits are still 'the number one,' garments for the workplace and always wear a tie if you are male or female...For females, and I know this because of my wife-wear leggy boots-that matches the outfit...For males if the weather out is cold you can wear a trench coat and matching scarf to match the coldness...

Omar Abdulla: Let's talk more about posture and the way in which we walk, and sit and wear our clothes...??

Manish Arora: If you were to look at a supermodel it's about taste, style, fashion and bigness...Confidence is a dominant player...You can tell alot by a persons posture...An example would be-If a person often folds their hands whilst standing-this is a sign of boredom or no-self confidence...If a person talks to you and looks somewhere else besides your eyes-it's a sign of fear...If you sit with your legs folded-it's a sign of sexiness...If you walk slowly it's a sign of patience and bigness...If you wear Winter colors it's a sign of love...If you smile often-it's a sign of friendship...Be a w a r e of how you carry yourself and don't block the nerve centres in your body....

Omar Abdulla: Let's say I have this big date with this bombshell this evening what would be the ideal dress-code then...??

Manisha Malhotra: If you are male-black is the in thing or camel colors...You won't go wrong...Try a funky trend I learnt when you wear your sneakers...Match the one shoe of shoelaces with a different color...Always brings the date home...For women-normally a black dress and red boots will do the trick and if you want you can wear a French Beret...It's not only sexy but looks gorgeous....

Omar Abdulla: Now, that we have some of the audience attention let's say that I am attending a wedding with a date of mine, what should I wear and what should she wear...??

Manish Arora: Don't try to out-do the groom with your dressing Omar, because I know what a hot-hunk you are in South Africa...A few idea's...You can dress like Aladdin...This is a trick that brings dozens of compliments...Wear a red and white Sarwani with matching shoes purchased at India's retail shops...Wear a lacy scarf and a silver chain...For a woman-A Salmar Kamez is really sexy if worn with the right colors...You can go all out by draping the scarf on your neck or shoulder to match your Salmar Kamez...White is the color with a Salmar Kamez or even black, red, olive and violet...

Omar Abdulla: Back in a moment...!

Omar Abdulla: Welcome back to The 'Omar Abdulla,' Show...I received a tweet from Neelam Gopal from Jaipur who says that what are some fashion idea's on the social scope of life as she is becoming a model for Miss Universe...??

Manish Arora: Fashion is a trend that changes and skirts is always the 'in-thing,' if you want to become a model...Light blue is color if you have light skin or olive green if you have dark skin...Don't be afraid to show some leg on the ramp and remember that beauty lies with simplicity...Be simple, be elegant, be classy and be sexy...

Manisha Malhotra: If you are becoming a model Neelam plan ahead and remember what we spoke about earlier...It's how you walk, how you sit, how you talk and how you come-across...No-one likes a frowned face to be seen on television so S M I L E...

Omar Abdulla: We have a l a s t email from Rajesh Seema who asks the panel what are the jewelry designs for men and women in India and when is the right time and place to wear these ornaments...??

Manisha Malhota: Jewelry is a sexy brace for women and men and curves a sexy touch to the skin...For women-Bangals, necklaces, braclets and round-earrings or piece studded earring...Gold, silver, platinum are the choices of brand and be a w a r e of choice of cheap imitations...For men-a rolex watch with a pieced earring on one side is the current thing amongst teenagers...Another in thing is a small tattoo of your choice-especially if you are married...India is a vast spectrum of culture and I have given you basic fashion trends in Punjab...!

Omar Abdulla: Thanks to our guests...Tomorrow is our l a s t episode of season two in India and will be traveling to Greece for season three of Footprints Filmworks and The 'Omar Abdulla,' Show...Tomorrow our discussion is about Indian recipes and dishes in India...Goodbye...

Episode Twelve-Season Two

Filmed August 10

Duration 45 Minutes

Manisha Malhota: Jewelry is a sexy brace for women and men and curves a sexy touch to the skin...For women-Bengals, necklaces, bracelets and round-earrings or piece studded earring...Gold, silver, platinum are the choices of brand and be a w a r e of choice of cheap imitations...For men-a Rolex watch with a pieced earring on one side is the current thing amongst teenagers...Another in thing is a small tattoo of your choice-especially if you are married...India is a vast spectrum of culture and I have given you basic fashion trends in Punjab...!

Episode Sixteen-Season Two

Filmed August 24th

Duration-45 minutes

Omar Abdulla: Welcome to The 'Omar Abdulla,' SHOW hosted by Footprints Filmworks...Today, we are filming from the Jaipur National Hotel and are joined by world-chefs from across India...In studio today, we have Miss. Ayesha Bhamjee, Miss. Faaiza Hansrod and Miss. Nazreen Essop...Welcome to our guests...Let's get to it...Will each of you provide a healthy meal and recipe for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 'everyday,' Indians across the father nation of India...??

Ayesha Bhamjee: Thank you Omar for the awesome introduction and it's good to create a healthy breakfast with your husband and children...I like a roasted 'baked potato,' for breakfast with a slice of melted cheese and butter...This can be done by foiling the potato @ 200C in the oven for sixteen minutes and later spreading the potato with cheese and butter...This can be enjoyed with a glass of juice or coffee...Healthy and a fine dine...

Faaiza Hansrod: They say that b r e a k f a s t is the most important meal of the day and spend atleast about 30 minutes enjoying it...I normally like a nice cereal like oats, or Kellogs along with a french omelette...An omelette is a delicious meal on it's own with cheese or spinach as a mixture...It's a simple breakfast but keeps me awake for atleast 16 hours...Mix the egg in a bowl and pour the egg batter into the frying pan...Do not stir...Once the egg is being cooked pour the cheese over the egg batter and wait three minutes before you flip...It's easy and goes well with the oats...You can have a cup of tea and scones on the side as a 'breakfast-treat...'

Nazreen Essop: Thanks to Omar Abdulla and Footprints Filmworks for sharing our i d e a s today...A great breakfast can be a pancake, or buffett and is easily created within fifteen minutes...Mix one cup flour, half cup baking power, two teaspoons oil, two teaspoons vanilla, half cup milk and two eggs in a bowl to create the batter...Once the ingredients are mixed add to a frying pan and create...Toss, every three minutes....Enjoyed with a milkshake or iced coffee....

Omar Abdulla: Sounds good, now what would the panel offer as a simple lunch to their guests...??

Ayesha Bhamjee: I like the bufferfly prawns because it can be made in 45 minutes with ease...Be aware to cut off the tails of the prawns before you cook them or you can purchase the prawns without the tails...Marinate the prawns in peri-peri, butter, garlic, soya, salt, pepper, masala and other sauces of your choice...Put about 12 prawns into the oven for 30 minutes-tossing the prawns every eight minutes...Prepare a butter sauce and best enjoyed with yellow rice...!

Faaiza Hansrod: Interesting recipe Ayesha, and I will cook for my family in this style that you have said...I like the proper Indian Steak which is marinated with peri-peri, vinegar, salt, pepper, masala and other sauces of your choice...After the steak is marinated add a slice of orange to the frying pan and mix with butter...Fry until the steak is sizzeled...Enjoyed best with a french salad or fruit salad with a glass of juice or Coca-Cola...

Nazreen Essop: I like the recipes provided and enjoy a piece of steamed hake with a pasta dish on the side...Pasta can be cooked by boiling the pasta for twenty minutes and later adding a sauce made out off tomato sauce, peri-peri, lemon and other spices of your choice...Once the pasta is boiled add the sauces and pasta and fry...Steam hake can be cooked by sealing the hake with a slice of lemon and butter in the oven with a piece of foil...Once the hake is steamed for twenty minutes remove the foil, add the pasta dish and serve...Makes me hungry just talking about it....!

Omar Abdulla: You have provided divine meals, and I will always remember it, Thanks...Tell me what's on the menu for dinner...??

Nazreen Essop: For dinner, since we are in India a manchurian chicken does the trick if you are married...Easily created...Marinate boneless chicken breasts with soya, lemon juice, lime, garlic, ginger and other spices of your choice...Add pineapple to the frying pan and let the chicken be saucy with the marinate...Once the frying pan is sizzling add the paste wit the chicken cubes...Served best with 'roti, rice or naan....'

Faaiza Hansrod: Yum, Yum...I have the famous Butter chicken recipe on the menu...This has to be marinated the day before to soak the marinate in...Mix one cup yogurt, two teaspoons butter, half cup lemon juice, peri-peri, salt, pepper, ginger and garlic...The mix the paste with the boneless chicken breasts and fry for fifteen minutes...Tastes lovely and always asks for more...!

Ayesha Bhamjee: Lovely recipe Faaiza...I have the recipe for a juicy steak marinate with maize meal called pap in South Africa...Marinate the steak in peri-peri, lemon, masala and ginger...Then you can make the pap by mixing 'two cups maize meal,' in water and stir every eight minutes...Fry the steak and serve with the pap...Make a tomato paste on the side...Always a smiling tummy for my family....

Omar Abdulla: Back in a moment....!
